Technician

Responsibilities/Requirements:
🚗 Experience in general automotive repairs and services including but not limited to oil changes, brakes, steering and suspension, wheel bearings, sensors, etc. on both foreign and domestic vehicles
🚗 Testing of functionality of parts and systems including correctly identifying and diagnosing vehicle issues based on customer's complaints and concerns
🚗 Knowledge and experience with using and interpreting diagnostic equipment, scanners, etc. to properly diagnose vehicle issues
🚗 Must have attention to detail
🚗 Must have own tools (shop provides specialty tools)
🚗 Team player with a positive attitude
🚗 Valid driver's license for test drives

Service Advisor

Responsibilities/Requirements:
🚗 Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
🚗 Communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs
🚗 Relaying information to the Service Technicians
🚗 Maintaining up to date knowledge about employer's range of services
🚗 Contacting customers about updates and their vehicle's repair status
🚗 Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
🚗 Ordering parts for the Service Technicians

🚗 Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner

🚗 Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
